We may share such personal information with nonaffiliated parties, including our administrators, accountants, counsel, prime brokers and regulatory or self-regulatory authorities for our everyday business purposes, such as to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), or respond to court orders and legal investigations. We may share your personal information to nonaffiliated companies for the purpose of performing marketing services on our behalf.

We use a variety of commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural controls to protect personal information from unauthorized access and use. Consistent with security best practices, we also restrict access to your personal information within Hudson Structured to those individuals who require it to develop, support, offer, and deliver products and services to you.
When you visit our website, we may collect technical and navigation information, such as device type, browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited, and the average time spent on our website. We use this information for a variety of purposes, such as maintaining the security of our website and your personal information, facilitating site navigation, and improving website design and functionality.
